Kali Williams is the Founder and Executive Director of Strategy & Operations at The Eclectic Group LLC, a community engagement and strategic communications firm helping public agencies, organizations, and project teams connect with the communities they serve.
With more than 20 years of experience in media, marketing, and communications, Kali has led integrated strategies across digital, traditional, programmatic, and multicultural media for major brands and organizations. Her background combines agency-level strategy and operations with an understanding of how communications translate from planning into meaningful public engagement.
Kali founded The Eclectic Group to bridge that gap—bringing together strategic communications, culturally responsive community engagement, field outreach, digital participation, and insights to help organizations reach people more effectively and create opportunities for communities to be heard.
Today, she leads Eclectic’s strategy and operations across public-sector and community-focused initiatives, overseeing multidisciplinary teams and partnerships that support outreach, engagement, communications, and measurement.
Kali is a Howard University graduate, an ADCOLOR Leader, and an experienced media and marketing strategist committed to building stronger connections between institutions and the communities impacted by their work
